Interview
I went through two interviews with DHR International, one with partners and the other one with HRs. The interviews lasted for about two weeks. It took about a week to process the offer.
It was a very straight forward interview. Walked through my background and experience. I described how my experience relates to the role. I had time at the end for questions.
Several rounds with corporate staff members followed by a discussion with the partner leading the team I would be joining. The process seemed to focus around my potential to perform the work but even more so on my fit within the company culture
