There was no formal interview. They just asked me basic information and required me to submit a profile picture before I came to training. They also asked for my availability.
Filled out an application online and they reached out to me asking to meet in person for an interview. They asked a few questions getting to know me like hobbies and interests, and then asked me to be specific about my availability and how many shifts per week I wanted to work. They also described the training process and let me know that there was a lot of memorization we have to learn quickly.

The manager is very casual, but be friendly and provide the days that you can come in to start training. They asked many questions about you, for instance, strengths and weaknesses.
