Interview
The interviewer very much focused on whether or not I would be happy with job as if I were to get hired, it would be long term. It would also reflect on the attitude I would have for the company and if there would be a deterioration of that attitude.

Question 1
Given the large office space we have, what would you do with this space? It could be marketing-wise or just a creative take on such a nice space we have.
The interviewer was very through in explaining the expectations of the position, and it was quite surprising to see how invested she was in explaining the history, the values, and the HR goals of the company. She emphasized how important it was for both the company and the new hire to be happy, which meant that it was important for both parties to feel like they are a match. This type of 'interviewing each other' situation was a first for me.
