The first round interview basically was just chatting, introducing myself, confirming working hours and explaining more about the company. I didn't think I will be able to have the second round opportunity because I was afraid I wasn't the right candidate they're looking for. However, I did get the chance to talk to one of the hiring managers in the second round interview and we were both excited that DMC Dallas will be having an intern and to me this is a new challenge. In the second round interview, I got to understand more about the job duties and the leadership programs DMC Dallas is provinding. The company usually hire you directly after the second round interview, they just need you to complete some survey questions in the third round interview.
