Sarah contacted me with this opportunity, we had a relaxed and informal discussion, to begin with, followed by a phone call interview. After passing this phase I had an interview meeting with the hiring manager. Following up to this successful stage I did a PI Behaviour Test, aimed to determine the compatibility between myself and the Company. Upon the results, I had an extensive interview with the HR director, followed by a last interview with the hiring manager. It was a 5 weeks process but DNA have done an amazing job in keeping me informed at all stages, via calls or emails, I felt assured and positive the whole way.
