Online Personality and IQ test. On-site group case interview with a sales-related case in front of the group, as well as several managers. Thereafter a 1 on 1 interview with a manager afterwards which was more behavioural.

Through adecco. Standard procedyre with questions about your background, your grades, your hobbies and so on. Nothing really special. Hr personell is doing this, noone from dnb is doing the recruitment so be prepared for Hr typical questions like strength, weaknesses and so on. Show interest in banking.
