Interview
Long interview process. First interview was an online screening where you record yourself answering questions. Remaining interviews are online via teams. A total of 4 interviews were conducted. The passionate level role they ended up not hiring and moved to project manager level.
Process took a few weeks. I had an interview set up with the hiring manager then, less than an hour before, the interview was pushed. I followed up 3 times to see when the reschedule would be with no response. Waste of time.

Interview
First round was to record about 5 videos answering some questions, they give 3 minutes to record, and 3 attempts for each question. I would say it was not that difficult.
Second round was an interview with the team, they were very polite and kind.
