Very good and friendly, the hiring managers made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They asked me why did I apply and what do I know of DPD. They spoke very highly of DPD and gave brief background to why they were recruiting and what their expectations were.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DPD
Interview
Overall, it was a positive experience. Once I applied I received a call around an hour later where they did a quick phone screening regarding my background, salary expectations and availability.
I was invited to a group assessment where I did a group exercise with other candidates, followed by a presentation, mock conversation and a case study.
The 2nd stage interview was a more conventional format. Questions asked seemed more explorative about me as a person vs objectives achieved.
My general advice: Although there were no questions asked regarding this, I would suggest reading up on Geopost, the owner company and the Business DNA methodology. Lastly, as cliche as it sounds, be yourself.
