I was referred by an employee that I had gone to school with. I sent an email with my resume to one of the owners who called me right away and interviewed me over the phone. He was very upfront and to the point but friendly as well. He helped me understand what DRYmedic does as well as the values the company and its employees adhere to.
Next, I had an in-person interview 2 days later. I was sent a calendar invite with all of the details and met with one of the owners to discuss expectations on both our parts. The interview was comfortable and informative. He gave me a tour of all 3 departments and introduced me to everyone that we passed.
The thing that really drew me was that every one we passed smiled and greeted him sincerely and vice versa. Everywhere we went team members were working, smiling, and laughing.
They were very accommodating to my delayed start date due to giving my previous employer ample notice and having a vacation already scheduled. The onboarding was all digital and super simple.
