Very straightforward, not to complicated. Everything is explained well enough that follow up questions usually aren't needed. Doesn't take to long to complete the interview either and getting started after getting an offer isn't hard either
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DSP Connections in Jul 2022
Interview
Did interview virtually while I was in the process of moving, process was great and they touched base with me as my start date was variable, getting me connected not long after I was officially moved to the area.
They called me, had me come into the office for an interview, and then I completed an onboarding process right then and there (I even got paid for it!) They made sure to answer all of my questions and seemed to know what they were talking about.
