Terrible. Had a virtual interview and then was given a skills test that took several hours to complete. After that, they ghosted me for almost 3 weeks. I reached out to the team member I interviewed with on LinkedIn because they gave me 0 contact information for anyone at the company. Shortly thereafter, I got a rejection email, no greeting, no thanks for applying, just "we've hired another candidate." Also, the employee I reached out to blocked me on LinkedIn for no reason, except that I asked if I would be moving to the 3rd round.

3-step interview. Initial interview with a manager. They expressed that this is a temp position, and the several benefits they offer. skills-based test asked very easy questions on how you would respond to clients and an excel test. The excel test just sees if you will put in the work to learn the trade. Final interview with 2nd manager, this was who I would report to. Then offer a letter.
