3 STEP PROCESS: phone interview, a casual face to face meeting. i quite enjoyed this interview process as my interview felt like a real human. He was straight forward from the get go and implored me to stay away form the rehearsed answers as always.. i QUITE ENJOYED THE REALNESS AND FELT THAT THIS WOULD ALLOW HIM TO SEE WHAT I CAN REALLY BRING TO THE TABLE RATHER THAN DO A SONG AND DANCE!
