Very well organized, they first invite you to a zoom call where they explain everything about the job and show multiple slides of information about what they stand for, their goals, what you’re expected to do, and really all of the basic stuff you need to know about the job to see if you’re still interested. After that whichever recruiter who ran the zoom call will share their email and let you know to email them if you’d like to set up a 1 on 1 interview. I experienced excellent communication with my recruiter while emailing back and forth to set up a date and time and it was very quick and easy. The 1 on 1 interview lasted maybe 15 minutes at most. They ask you why you want to work for them and ask you if you’re physically capable of doing a lot of walking daily. It didn’t feel robotic or corporate at all though, it felt like I was talking to someone who viewed me as an equal and they were very kind every step of the way. There also wasn’t a lot of questions mainly just again talking about the responsibilities and making sure you can preform those tasks.
