I was screened prior to having the interview by recruiters and 2 different assessments. 3-4 hour in person interview total. 30 minute interview and then they make you take a 2-3 hour assessment. Met with the higher up employees.
You had to sit in front of 3 interviewers at the in person interview. It was really laid back and more of a conversation. Asked the common questions like “tell me about a time where you had to over come a difficult situation in your previous career.” They ask what to you know about our company and why do you want to work there. Over all it was a comfortable, not super stressful process.
