Interview
I applied through a Staffing agency. The process took under two weeks. I initially had a phone screen interview, and they followed up a couple of days later with interviews with tax partners and managers.
I then promptly received a very generous offer with a full list of employee benefits. I interviewed with DZH Phillips remotely and they were very flexible throughout this process. DZHP even arranged for a tax director to show me around the office over the weekend while I was visiting San Francisco.
