They started interview process in January. For 1st round they rescheduled it 2-3 times. After shortlisted for 2nd round. They reschedules it around 7-8 times. And till yet April 2nd round has not been conducted by them.

Worst phone call ever. They just read the post description and you have to answer : yes or no. They don't care about your story, you're just a list to check if your profile fit the job description.
HR called me by finding my resume from the naukri.com. She had mentioned fixed number of hike and was hard on negotiating salary. I couldn't get interview opportunity as I decided not to proceed.
