First, you are given your application, for verification of all information, and to indicate additional items such as: availability (morning, afternoon), can you be in the sun/stand for long, possible situations and how you would handle them. Then, you meet another person and casually discuss your background such as things you do at school, volunteer work, etc. You also learn about the positions more, what you can expect.
