Few rounds of typical case studies but with a social impact bent. Some quant element involved but not crazy. Interviewers were all polite though some were more encouraging and friendly, and others more standoffish.
Multiple rounds including recorded interviews, timed assignment, case interviews, behavioral interview (all virtual), each with progressively more senior staff. Incredibly low touch process for the amount of work it entails from candidate (only coordinate through HR process and even after putting in 5+ hours into process, automated rejection). Hope it isn't indicative of broader company culture!
