very fast.they were keen to get me signed up. damac go through a lot of staff so they basically have a huge attrition rate of staff. very relaxed on on background checks and educational papers. damac HR interviewed me first and went through my CV point by point. then line manager for about 10 mins. i waited in the room for about half an hour and an offer letter was put on the table.
Series of four interviews, mostly fit interviews, with one technical. Met with Talent, VP of Talent, VP of HR, and Head of Department. Communication is great and they are very prompt.

Please describe a challenge you faced and what actions that were taken to resolve it.
Got contacted by their TA through LinkedIn. Went through introuctionary call and two interviews. Third one was scheduled twice, both times the interviewer didn't show up. Third attempt got scheduled, was told 30 minutes before the interview that the role was on hold. Worst process I've ever been part of in my career so far. Do not recommend.
