first, you need take a exam of reaction ability,consist of 50 questions,and limit to 10 miniutes,you need complete it as many as possible.then there is a tranlate exam,takes 15 minutes,both translate English article into Chinese ,and translate Chinese article into English.after that ,it's turn to face to face interview,there are 3 interviewers, the question includs how to handle the case that someone don't agree with your opinion,how do you think of you teammember,and how do you prepare for budgeting inventory and account receiveable,what is the use of standard cost and so on.
