Later, question relating to my previous work experience as an electrical engineer. I was asked to design a DOL starter given the motor rating and find the OL current rating of the thermal relay.

Interview
The process was overall seamless, but we spent a lot of time because of the volume of applicants. three layers of interviews. First was the personal interview, then the group discussion, and finally the aptitude test. It wasn't easy doing the aptitude test, but it was worth it.
