Very straightforward interviews but a friendly atmosphere. The first interview is about your background, motivation for the role/company. Followed by a case study analysis and presentation with other applicants in smaller groups of up to 5.

Why do you believe that this programme is something for you?
Good process and thoughtful people. There were quite a few steps and in the end only a few made the cut. Good luck to them. The feedback from the process was very valuable however and something I could use going forward in other processes.
