The interview process comprised of an oral and written test. The oral interview was conducted by a panel of three with two of the panelists connecting via Skype. However, the network connection was so bad that the process was interrupted every few minutes when the two interviewers would drop off.

I went through a written and oral interview, the process was awful. The internet connection of the members connecting via Skype kept dropping and the interview process kept on getting disrupted.
