Straightforward and pleasant - chatted with 2 people and the conversations were enjoyable. They seemed a little unsure of what their needs were, but not alarmingly so. That's often the case when interviewing for these sort of roles at smaller companies. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted post-interview. That left a poor taste. There's never an excuse for not communicating a rejection when a candidate has taken their time to speak with you.
