I asked an univerisity colegue for a recommandation and got soon a call from their HR department. The process was pretty smooth, HR inteview, technical tests and iq test. For each step I had to go to their workspace, I didn't ask for skype, but it might be a possibility. Then a technical interview with a friendly technical lead with more general questions about technologies and usage patterns.
