You need to know termination of Cat5e, how to use testing equipment for data transmission and be able to drive long distances at any given time. Be able to work at 32 feet high above ground and operate a sky jack. You need to be able to troubleshoot Avaya Telco,AT&T HSI, Wireless networking and Paging.
