2. phone screening with a senior of the team covering more technical skills and interpersonal skills
3. interview with a C-level or manager talk about fits and personalitiies
3 Step Interview. First step was phone screening with recruiter. Second was a take home data science project followed by a technical presentation. The final interview was a culture fit interview.
