HR scheduled a technical interview via Skype and the interviewer was very pleasant. However for a cyber security role all he asked was irrelevant programming questions and not a single cybersecurity question at all. Upon checking, I found out the person interviewing for this role has no experience in security and has his focus only within programming and mathematics. The interview went well, but there is also no follow up. I had to approach the HR myself and all I got back was a lousy, copy pasted template saying my background was good but I did not qualify in the interview
Moreover these guys do not seem to know what is happening or what the direction is. They are assembling a team of cyber security freshers, but upon asking what the day to day tasks would be for the role the interviewer literally said they are not sure yet (also because he himself has no experience within cyber security himself)
