RH pour s’assurer que le profil corresponde au poste puis directeur puis managers et ou collègues de l’équipe à distance dans un premier temps par les moyens de Visio condefence puis sur site sur leur campus de velizy. Le processus peut être différent selon les métiers

First call with line manager, panel interview with presentation and objection handling on site.
Regular calls with 1st line manager to stay updated.
All in all process took 3 - 4 weeks, which was super efficient

Interview
I was contacted through email to schedule an initial screening. I contacted the recruiter the next day, and she had forgotten about the interview. We re-scheduled again, and she contacted me a few hours late.
She asked a lot of questions, and then she promised to contact me back. She did not. I emailed her again. No response! This was the most disrespectful candidate experience I had ever had!

She asked me some questions about why I wanted to join the company, and what my nationality was (!!!), which is against the law I think, and she also asked me how much I earn today!!
