Interview
The Interview is an online test estimated to take around 45 minutes to complete. Frankly, I found the questions to be a somewhat fun challenge to answer.
But here's why I would advise EVERYONE steer clear of this company:
1. They estimate the test will take you 45 minutes to complete. It will not. It's FULL of trick questions, so you need to take your time to avoid falling for the red herrings and tricks. Unfortunately, by the time you realize this, the Sunk Cost Fallacy has taken hold so you're forced to keep going.
2. I took my time and felt very confident in my answers, so I know I aced it. However, they've had my status as "Under Review" for months now. From what I've found on Reddit, this is the norm and I will probably never hear back because they don't actually need more people - they just leave the interview up because it costs them nothing to have more candidates on hold.
Conclusion: They asked for 45 minutes of my time when they knew it would take much longer. They took this time from me despite knowing they do not actually have more work to offer. This is a disgusting practice and should be illegal. Work for someone who will respect your time instead.
