The interview was conducted at a time and using a method suitable for both parties. They made sure to take care of how I was feeling and what I knew and didn’t know, and were extremely helpful with the process. My interview was conducted by two people and both, the boss, and the fellow developer that took my interview were extremely gentle and didn’t make me feel the least bit nasty even though I kept panicking.
