First they collect the cv and then they selected some cv then second step exam (computer based exam) then selected candidate go to
the interview and this is final round and then this stage they finalized selected members

Interview
I sat for an excel exam, where basic excel questions came. Then they took a test of writing a professional e-mail. Then I gave a general knowledge quiz game. After that they call me for a face to face interview where they asked me my career focuses and skills.

If I'm gonna give up my holidays when work pressure comes?
Firstly Assessment, which was good then had to fill up personal form which was background related then face to face interview with 2 HR board member. It was for 20-30 mins, had indepth conversation about background and IT related knowledge and many more.
