I recently applied for the position of Consultant (m/w/d) Artificial Intelligence / AI und Analytics at this company and wanted to share my thoughts on the interview process. Firstly, it's worth mentioning that the initial application process took longer than expected. After submitting my application, it took around 3 weeks before I received an invitation for a Teams interview. While I understand that the hiring process can be intricate, a quicker response would have been appreciated. Moving on to the interview itself, it was conducted through Microsoft Teams. The overall experience was satisfactory. The interview panel focused more on personal fit, which was nice, but I expected a more technical-oriented discussion as the role is related to AI and Analytics. They did inquire about my previous job experiences and projects, which allowed me to showcase my skills effectively. However, my primary concern lies with their post-interview communication. Despite putting in time and effort into the interview, I never received any feedback or a formal response from the company. It's disheartening to be left in the dark without any indication of the status of my application. A simple rejection email would have been preferable to being ghosted. In summary, the interview process for the position of Consultant (m/w/d) Artificial Intelligence / AI und Analytics was acceptable, with the focus on personal fit and a light touch on technical questions. Nonetheless, the lack of communication following the interview experience leaves much to be desired. I hope the company works on improving their communication with candidates in the future.
