Phone interview, followed by document submission, interviewer was fairly proffessional but the following up process was lacking. Got an offer then the offer got withdrawn with absolutely no explanation. My advice to them would be to be more open and honest to candidates and not waste their time

Feed back received from recruiter to proceed with 1st interview with client. 1st arranged within 2 weeks and conducted with the technical staff and HR representative. Feedback received for. 2nd interview with the line manager and other. Department heads, including HR representative, and session included skill set questions to be completed. Final interview again with th line manager and company executives.
