First was telephonic round. Then there was a technical test followed by technical round. after that hr came to me saying that you are selected and mail me ur docs. Later on they call and say that u will have a managerial round which is supposed to be just a formality. When i asked the hr that should i assume my position as confirmed and put down the papers in current company, she said yeah you can do that( such a confident lady). In that round, the manager again asks the same questions and when i fail to answer some unfortunately, he starts doubting his own employee who took the interview(if u dont trust other why dont u take all the processes yourself). Tells me that we will inform you. even after two weeks there is no response. When asked form the hr, she says ur profile has been put on hold. Then why the hell do u ask for documents. if you are not free jus to declare our result then even we r not free to fulfil your stupid demands of mailing the documents.
