I applied online. I interviewed at Datatron in Jun 2018
Interview
The least professional company I have dealt with thus far.
Technical phone screen which led to an on-site. Upon arriving they seemed not to be expecting me and have a new grad who started 3 days ago (literally) do the first round, and then can't find anyone to do a 2nd round for ~15 minutes. The office resembles a dirty dorm with craigslist furniture, and both interviewers were on their phones during the interview.
The questions were not that hard, and he told me I made it seem "easy" -- and then ended the interview 2+ hours earlier than scheduled, without the other 2 rounds mentioned on Glassdoor or meeting anyone in the company, asking me anything about myself, or telling me almost anything about the company.
They told me I'd hear the results "very soon", and then never contacted me or responded. Worse, I had driven 3 hours for this interview. I would stay far, far away unless you want your time completely disrespected.

Question 1
How do you overcome a conflict among team members?
Initial phone screen followed by a technical screen, followed by 3 more interviews. One technical, 2 culture fit.
I felt there were too many interviews and they were not very flexible with regards to the schedule.
