I already worked within the company, part-time, and there was an internal posting for a full-time job, so I contacted the human resources manager, and let him know I was interested in the position. Within a week, I had been told I was given an interview, and during the interview, the HR Manager, and the Department Manager both took turns asking me questions about customer service and about why I wanted the job. After the interview, I was given a tour of the Department, thanked for my interest in the position, and told I would be notified with in the next week as to wether or not I had gotten the job.
