Two rounds of virtual interviews. First round with 3 interviewers (principal, associate, interiors team). Second round was a focused interview where the candidate was asked to present about something they were passionate about / related to design. A person at the firm helped coach and prepare you for the second interview. For my second interview there were 4 people present.
