I applied online an received an email asking to schedule an interview. It was conducted over Skype, after which I was told the company would be in touch.
Standard interview questions in the first round - tell me about yourself, why are you interested in this position, your experience at gallery, etc. Be prepared to be more proactive in talking about yourself and your experience, even not being asked explicit questions.

very thorough, they really want to get to know you but they are definitely willing to put a lot into your development and growth from what I gathered. they want to know where you want to be in some time, how you gel with their values and mission, your experience and background, etc.
