Fast initiation of interview process, did 2 interviews. The first to see if we matched. Then i had to do a code challenge before 2nd interview. They were good at getting me to feel comfortable. Really good talks with hiring manager. Listens actively and understand complexity. Did a code challenge, discussed tech, best practices and details of my implementation.
