Day One Biopharmaceuticals interview questions

Poor candidate engagement. I love the cause and science here but the talent acquisition team is not a good window to the organization. I was then not contacted for weeks.

The interview process was horrible. Once applied, the company first sent a video interview and asked a few questions, the candidate had to answer the video interview within a few days. Then it takes them forever to review the video interview: you won't receive any response from the company. The HR won't reply to your emails and you have to wait forever. I never had such an experience with other companies and the candidates didn't receive any respect from the company during the interview.
