I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce (Sydney) in Sep 2022
Interview
Interview process included phone screening and multiple interviews. It was a long process with lots of gaps between interviews. It was made much harder by the HR person organising the interviews who was based overseas and had no concept/idea about the local public holidays that fell during the process.

Question 1
The questions felt like a 'shot-gun' approach of just throwing questions out there without any real purpose... they seemed random.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce in Feb 2025
Interview
Screening call was more formal than I expected. No “tell me about yourself” question. Just jumped into job-specific behavioural interview questions which threw me off. Was told there could be up to two more rounds of interviews, but then received a rejection email It felt rushed, sometimes it felt like there were multiple questions at once being asked. Rated negative not necessarily because of the interviewer but I just didn’t come away with positive feelings about it.

Question 1
Tell me about a project you were part of that spanned multiple departments.

Interview
Very lenghty process with multiple coversations and long waits in between. People are friendly and nice, but it takes way too long. They aren't great at getting back to you unfortunately.
