One phone call with the CFO and then onsite. The people onsite acted so ghetto, uneducated, and the HR chick didn't even smile, very unfriendly office. It didn't look like anyone had manners to do the greeting. The receptionist took her job too serious with an attitude like she was working for the CIA so nitpicky that I didn't fill in all the boxes on the application.

What is the definition of a controller, not that you are applying for the controller role.
Have you ever worked in an environment where the accounting work is done from the stone ages, that you will have to work here every day 16 hours 7 days week, no processes, no structure, no guidance, no training, and you will have to deal with the temperamental owner?
