The recruiting process is clear and fast.
1. Fast screening interview.
2. Skype interview with the department supervisor and a HR employee.
3. Home assignment.
The HR people are nice, gentle and make you comfortable during the whole process. They are available to reply to every question and doubt; moreover Oana (the HR employee who assisted me during the recruiting process) shown a really nice human side, which is not easy to find everywhere. Even if I wasn't able to accept the offer because of some unexpected events back at home, I highly suggest De Keizer for young automation and software engineers willing to relocate in the Netherlands.
