After you submit your application you'll be emailed by their recruiter for a phone interview/MS Teams Meeting. She asked me some pretty in-depth questions but was overall friendly.
They wanted someone who would help with recruiting, time-keeping, attendance/points auditing, sorting mail, building PowerPoints, leading orientations, submitting payroll, and plenty of other duties[Her words "Your workload will be very broad"]...for 15-17$ an hour. I informed her what I will restate here: To require experience of someone for the magnitude of disciplines for this position as well and offer such pitiful compensation is downright unreasonable.
This company is going to either end up hiring someone woefully underqualified [but good at lying on their resume] and/or desperate for that kind of pay.
