I applied directly via job portal. After 3 weeks, I received the call from them. They said you have to give the test within a day. I even asked them to give me at least 2 days for the same. but they asked me the give the test else I will be rejected. I gave the test and Round 1 interview. Now after that, I am trying to connect with them over 2 weeks, no response is coming from their side. By luck they picked the call and said I am rejected. I am unable to understand that even after giving the most optimised solutions and that too without any hints how someone can be rejected saying that you have performed average. They use "ENTHIRE" to conduct their 1st round of interviews. It seems that you are giving the interview to bot. They are unable to understand the approach. And say that candidate is average. Never waste your time with such a fraudulent hiring companies/processes.

It was smooth and overall easy. Ist Round: HackerEarth test 2nd Round: F2F coding round with enthire and it's true they act like a bot but they are inclined towards your explanation approach instead of running code. Be confident while answering and don't guess if you don't know the solution 3rd Round: This round was a managerial round. And asked about the resume and grilled in that. So be prepared for cross-question.
