Phone interview first, lead by face to face.. regional didn’t speak a great deal, worlds shortest interview not much personality needed for a job at decjuba. They never call you back when you ask For feedback, they Don’t know what they are looking for because even when asked the regional just shrugs her shoulders. Wasn’t a pleasant experience even when I was trying to make conversation I just got basically ignored.
