It was an in-person interview, although standard. Obvious that professionals usually don't interview there. I was called in for an interview with out having even sent in my resume. I asked standard questions that you would in an interview, however the hiring manager was shocked that I asked any questions at all. It was obvious that the culture was to train from the bottom up.
