I had four interviews: one with the recruiter, one technical interview, one with a potential co-worker, and one with the lead for my country. All of my interviews had a very friendly atmosphere. The interviewers were straightforward about their expectations for the role and didn't beat around the bush. All of my questions were related to the offered role. My recruiter was instrumental in guiding me through the hiring process. She organized my subsequent meetings and answered all my questions along the way. Overall I had a very positive experience.
