regular about my past sales experience, mock discovery
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Deel (Hong Kong) in Jul 2026
Interview
The company reached out to me on LinkedIn and booked me in for an interview. I told them in advance I wasn't considering any junior roles given my experience. The day of the interview the interviewer didn't show up and no explanation was received. The next day another recruiter reached out through LinkedIn letting me know that the role scope has changed. Super unprofessional and disrespectful.
I experienced a seamless and well-organised interview process with excellent communication, meaningful conversations, and clear expectations throughout. Every stage was professional and engaging, ultimately reinforcing my decision to accept the offer.
